About the intended parents

We have been married for 11 years from Beautiful British Columbia. We have a 5.5 years old daughter and It did take us longer to have a child because of couple prior miscarriages. We’ve been trying for last 4 years for no. 2 but have had no luck! Lately, I have been diagnosed with diabetes and doctor said it’s unfit for me to be pregnant also given my age. Our daughter is super active and always craves for company. She’s been asking everyday “how much longer do I have to wait for my baby?” In fact, we truly believe our daughter would be an excellent big sister because she’s very gentle, loving and caring when she approaches younger kids. Since we don’t have close relatives in Canada, it would be very important for her to least have another sibling for her to “lean on” no matter what happens. We don’t want her to feel alone in this world when we leave this world. When we brought my daughter to visit my family in China last year, she was super happy and really “hit it off” with everyone despite a bit of language barrier. When the plane took off on our way back, she was very sad and said “I miss my family” while looking out the window….my heart was crying when I heard her said that. Finally, we believe having a bigger family would also help preach family values, which is a very important of a child’s upbringing. My husband is a professional piano instructor with graduate degrees from the US while I stay home and look after my daughter. We consider ourselves a personable, down-to-earth, honest, and considerate couple. We live a healthy lifestyle with no bad habits or indulgence. Our hobbies include travelling, spending time outdoors, arts and cultural activities.

Personal message

First of all, I would like to say that I am very grateful and honoured for whoever is willing to be my surrogate. Having been pregnant 3 times myself I can definitely relate to the various issues related to pregnancy. I definitely would like to have a close relationship with my surrogate as I would like to offer as much support and empathy as possible. I believe trust and strong communication is the key tJo developing a good relationship and I truly hope that the pregnancy and delivery could proceed with as few issues and complications as possible. We've frozen embryos ready so we would love to proceed anytime. Love to hear from you!
