About the intended parents

We are successful individuals in our respective [removed], accordingly traveling comes natural to us. Our ideal voyages are where we settle for months or so somewhere in the world and be submerged with locals to learn and explore how they live from food, music, politics etc. Our outlook in like is very optimistic with a strong desire to seek opportunities to learn both about ourselves and others. While we are both genuine people, my wife has a unique ability to arouse sense of worth in people and I am a thoughtful pragmatic person.

What they are looking for

My wife and I met a decade ago when she was 40 and I was 34 years old. A year into our relationship, we began trying to have a child, however after several attempts and one miscarriage which devastated both of us, we sought the help of a fertility clinic. Consequently, after two or three cycle of IUI and being told by the doctors the life threatening reality of carrying a child at her age 43 at the time, we had to “pause” the plan. We had contemplated adoption but this was not an option as we mostly me wanted a child genetically connected at least to one of us. My wife on several occasions had suggested as an option to try to find a surrogate mother but I was not ready for such alternative simply due to my ignorance and denial of our situation. Several years passed and through rigorous research, stories of people, and her relentless conviction, I was convinced of the sacrifice and the altruistic character that derives such women to want to give the gift of life to individuals such as ourselves. Our wish and desire is to partner and foster a strong relationship with the right woman during this special journey. We are positive but realistic of the challenges we may face during the journey and we are expecting the same from the surrogate mother we are seeking.
