Because I am not able to carry a baby myself. I have tried for years. My husband and I have had 7 miscarriages throughout the years. In 2008 I was diagnose with Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome and in 2015 I was diagnose with congestive heart failure. So my doctor told me I can live a long healthy life I just want be able to bare any children due to my heart not being able to deal with child birth.
