About the intended parents

I am 33 years old, I have one son who just turned 11. I work for an accounting firm in Barrie and absolutely love how flexible my job allows me to be. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and spending time at our cottage.

My fiancé and I have been together for 7 years and have wanted a child of our own for as long as I can remember. In 2014 I was diagnosed with a genetic heart disease which began affecting my health. While building our first home I had my first of five heart surgeries. After seeing many specialists we came to the realization that it is just too much of a risk for me to carry a second child. We were devastated but after meeting with a few fertility clinics we have found that our journey To having our owe biological child wasn’t over it is just beginning.
