I am in very good shape. Have three beautiful children of my own. All three were healthy at birth smallest was 6lbs 9 oz largest was 8lbs 10oz. No complications during pregnancy or delivery. I am a non smoker/drinker. Healthy weight and I watch my diet during pregnancy as well.
