I realize all the responsibilities of pregnancy regarding the health of your child during the development even more clearly as if it was my own.
I will be a wise surrogate mother, strictly and meticulously following all the physician directions during the pregnancy. I’ll take all prescribed medications, attend all ultrasound exams, and will follow up all scheduled appointments with the physician. I will immediately inform the physician about any changes to my state of health.
I can assure you that after delivery you will receive your child with no parental claims from myself.
