I I wake up at 5:30 am, I go to the gym, I come back, I have my breakfast with my daughter and my husband, we go to the beach to surf, we come back and have lunch. My husband goes to work, I stay with our daughter and I read something while she sleeps or I organize the house. Soon rla wakes up and I play with her. Late afternoon I'm going for a walk. We came back, had dinner and slept at 10:00 pm.

Hope I can help a family. Having and raising a child is a Gift. We don't learn in self-help books, much less in research, but when they are there when we look into their eyes, or when they cry wanting to eat grass and we don't let them. Having a child is testing our patience and wisdom every day, knowing that there will be nothing left for you but theirs. But at the same time, it's everything. And having a child makes us everything. And may the future father / mother know how to be everything for the being that will come
